Privacy policy

When you send the contact form we store your name, your email address, your message, the page you sent it from, and your IP address.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The site remembers your reduce-motion choice in your own browser; that setting never reaches us.

We use your details to answer you and, if it comes to that, to prepare an offer. That is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or a step you asked for before a possible agreement (GDPR article 6.1 f and 6.1 b).

The IP address is kept to stop spam and repeated automated submissions.

The form data is stored on servers we run ourselves. A notification with your name, email address, and message is posted to our team channel on Discord (Discord Inc., USA) so we can reply quickly. Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), which processes IP addresses to deliver and protect it. Both transfer data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing.

As long as the conversation is relevant, and no more than 24 months after we last heard from you. If you become a client, what we need for the agreement and for accounting is kept as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and get a copy of it. Write to us through the contact form or by post to the address above, and we will answer within a month.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
