Our products

Three products, one spine.

Most integration work fails the same way: every connection invents its own shape for an order, a customer, a product. Nexus puts one set of shared data models underneath, and everything else we make sits on that spine, so a customer never pays for the same integration twice.

All three grew out of client work. We kept building the same layer by hand, so we built it properly once.

  • Nexus

    Every system. One language.

An integration engine at the core, moving and transforming data between the systems you already run: ERP, webshop, machines, Power BI. The integration that pulls orders from your webshop writes to the same data models the BI module reads from, so every new piece works with what you already have.

  • GarpSync

Garp, in a database you can actually query.

An exact copy of Garp, the Swedish ERP from Forterro, in PostgreSQL, with the row versions and change timestamps Garp doesn't keep. Installed on your own network and left open, so you can build integrations on Garp that weren't possible before.

  • Formula

Production on live data, not last month's export.

A modular platform for manufacturing and physical operations: dashboards, schedules, quests, and notifications in one place, with widgets that update in real time because they read straight from Nexus. Each customer gets their own instance, modules, and theme. Formula builds on the lessons of the system CE Produkter runs in its factory today, and it isn't released yet.

Consulting

Three kinds of work we know inside out.

  • Internal systems

Order flow, planning, inventory, reporting. The screen your staff has open all day, built around how they work.

  • E-commerce

Webshops and the plumbing behind them: pricing rules, stock, fulfilment, and the ERP they all have to agree with.

  • Integrations

Making the systems you already pay for talk to each other, so nobody is re-typing the same order into three places.

Selected work

How the systems are used today.

  • The CE Formula One floor dashboard on a 4K panel: the rate speedometer at about 2,000 kg an hour, the countdown to the next changeover, kilos produced, waste, stop time, both oven temperatures, the running order, and today's quests and duties. Demo data.

    CE Formula One

CE Produkter's factory runs on CE Formula One, the system we built for them. This is version 1.0, and it's in use on every shift: on 4K panels above the lines, on tablets, and in people's pockets.

    The challenge
Production numbers, the week's duties, and the day's tasks had to be in front of everyone on the floor, on every shift. The duties were typed by hand into text boxes every week, and nothing was saved.
    What we built
A factory system on Nexus: numbers live from the machines next to the shift's schedules, quests, and bookings, plus a feed, messages, and files.
    How it's used today
Version 1.0 runs the factory today, on 4K panels above the lines, tablets, and phones.
  • BOB System configurator showing a service-van interior in split-view 2D and 3D

    BOB System · Product configuration · 2025

    BOB System

BOB System fits shelving, drawers and storage into service vans for plumbers, electricians and other trades. We built the configurator everyone uses to design and quote those interiors, plus the admin platform and reseller portal behind it.

    The challenge
Every quote went through a slow, unstable system. Staff and resellers had learned to start over when it crashed.
    What we built
A configurator with synced 2D and 3D views, an admin platform, and a reseller portal, on the same database BOB has run for fifteen years.
    How it's used today
Everyone who quotes a van uses it: in-house staff, resellers, and end customers. BOB shows it at trade fairs and trains its resellers on it.

We stick around after launch

A system isn't finished when it launches. That's when it starts getting used. So we run and look after what we build, year after year.

People

No salespeople. Just the two of us.

Most clients find us through someone we've already worked for. You meet the people who write the code, and nobody else.

Tell us what is slowing the work down.

You do not need a spec. A description of the problem and half an hour is enough for us to say whether we are the right people, and we will say so if we are not.
